ADO 是創辦人 Karr Yip 傾注20年設計心力的結晶。不只是一家室內設計公司，更源自於創辦人對「關係」的深刻體會。經歷家庭的人生低谷，Karr 深刻體會到，許多人或許在忙碌中忽略了身邊最重要的人。因此，ADO的誕生是為了用設計去傳遞這個重要的理念：關係的價值。

ADO 的核心宣言是：

ALICK CHAN

SENIOR PARTNER／COO
Alick Chan, ADO's current COO, brings a wealth of expertise to the company. Holding a Bachelor's and Master's degree from City University of Hong Kong, he has extensive experience in new brand product development, project coordination, promotion, China trading regulations, and E-commerce. Alick plays a significant role in driving ADO's digital marketing initiatives, enhancing the sales system, implementing IT technology advancements, and leading international market development efforts. With his wide social and media network, he effectively liaises with various media channels to strengthen ADO's brand presence.
PETE YIP

ASSOCIATE PARTNER / PROJECT DIRECTOR
Pete Yip is currently an Associate Partner and Team Lead at ADO. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Environment and Interior Design from the School of Design at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Pete's projects have received prestigious awards, including the Perspective A&D Trophy Awards - Best of Category - Professional Interior Design.
With a wealth of experience in interior design, project management, and engineering coordination, Pete has a proven track record of successfully delivering numerous high-quality projects within budget and on time. In addition, he possesses extensive knowledge in design history and architectural photography, which enables him to create spaces that embody ideal architectural ratios and reflect a profound inner philosophy.
PS SZE

ASSOCIATE
Equipped with a Diploma in Interior Design from the Shatin T.I. (Former HKDI) in 1995, PS started his career in the same year. In 2004, he completed an Associate Degree in Facilities Management from the City University of Hong Kong, and in 2009, he became a qualified full member of the Hong Kong Interior Design Association and the Hong Kong Designers Association.
PS's cheerful disposition, can-do attitude, self-motivation, sense of responsibility, strong leadership, and interpersonal abilities make him an excellent director capable of leading the team.
CHERRY LAI

DESIGN DIRECTOR
With 18 years of experience in commercial and high-end interior design, Cherry brings a wealth of expertise and a unique perspective to her work. She holds an Associate Degree in Interior Architecture Design from Saint Francis University (formerly CBCC) and firmly believes that great design enhances people's lives.
Cherry's approach infuses warmth into the complexities of life, fostering genuine relationships with her clients. By transforming each client into a friend, she creates spaces that resonate on a personal level.
Her focus is on crafting sophisticated yet functional environments across various sectors, including retail, corporate, hospitality, and residential. From concept to execution, Cherry meticulously balances thoughtful craftsmanship with seamless functionality, ensuring that each design enhances everyday living.
