Alick Chan, ADO's current COO, brings a wealth of expertise to the company. Holding a Bachelor's and Master's degree from City University of Hong Kong, he has extensive experience in new brand product development, project coordination, promotion, China trading regulations, and E-commerce. Alick plays a significant role in driving ADO's digital marketing initiatives, enhancing the sales system, implementing IT technology advancements, and leading international market development efforts. With his wide social and media network, he effectively liaises with various media channels to strengthen ADO's brand presence.

Associate Partner / Project Director

Keith, a project manager with 15 years of experience and a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Engineering and Management from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, brings a wealth of technical expertise to fitting out works, including high-end residential projects. With a strong track record of delivering high-quality work within budget and time constraints, Keith ensures client satisfaction. His excellent logical thinking, organizational abilities, communication skills, and strong work attitude have contributed to the successful completion of numerous projects. Keith's ability to work independently and collaboratively makes him an asset to any team.

Associate Partner / Project Director

Pete Yip is currently an Associate Partner and Team Lead at ADO. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Environment and Interior Design from the School of Design at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Pete's projects have received prestigious awards, including the Perspective A&D Trophy Awards - Best of Category - Professional Interior Design.

With a wealth of experience in interior design, project management, and engineering coordination, Pete has a proven track record of successfully delivering numerous high-quality projects within budget and on time. In addition, he possesses extensive knowledge in design history and architectural photography, which enables him to create spaces that embody ideal architectural ratios and reflect a profound inner philosophy.

Project Director

Equipped with a Diploma in Interior Design from the Shatin T.I. (Former HKDI) in 1995, PS started his career in the same year. In 2004, he completed an Associate Degree in Facilities Management from the City University of Hong Kong, and in 2009, he became a qualified full member of the Hong Kong Interior Design Association and the Hong Kong Designers Association.

PS's cheerful disposition, can-do attitude, self-motivation, sense of responsibility, strong leadership, and interpersonal abilities make him an excellent director capable of leading the team.

Project Director

Matt Kong, a Project Director at ADO, is a passionate and innovative interior designer with over 15 years of extensive experience in luxury brands across Hong Kong and China. With his excellent commercial approach to problem-solving, he has a proven ability to generate fresh solutions for renovating internal spaces, including structural alterations. Matt is an ambitious and dedicated design professional who eagerly seeks opportunities to gain experience in a creative environment.
